How do I make a payment?

Once you submit your order you will be directed to the secure PayPal site. If you don't have a PayPal account it only takes moments to set up. With a Paypal account you can pay via credit card or from your bank account. If you really don't want to use this payment method please send us a note via the 'Contact Us' page. You can pay by credit card over the phone, direct deposit or cheque by arrangement.

Will I receive a proof of my order?

We will email you a PDF proof of your order. Please promptly report any incorrect details so production of your cards are not delayed. Please note that we will correct any typo's that are our error. We understand too, that you may be suffering from 'baby brain' and make an error. We will correct one 'round' of changes ie. I forgot to include my 4th child on the card, I typed hubbies mobile incorrectly..., however, any more will be charged at $15 per set. If you change your mind about the design, information supplied, request a change to the template or similar a charge of $15 will be incurred.

APPROVAL - Once you have approved your card (by return email) any change will incur a $50 fee so please check carefully.

Can I have a sample card sent to me?

We will gladly send you a sample of our product if you like. Just request one via the 'Contact Us' page.

Do you accept urgent orders?

After reviewing the details of your order, we will let you know whether it can be completed within your requested time frame. We charge additional 10% in pricing for rush orders, starting from $50. Any custom work requiring less than two weeks is considered a rush order.

What is your return policy?

Please understand that you are ordering a custom item. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of the order being placed. A $50.00 administration and design fee will be deduced from the refund. This fee can be redeemed if another order is placed within 2 months of the cancellation.

 

 

Our website is printed very discreetly on the card. It is in a very faint print and will not detract from your details. If you do not want the website on your card there is a $15.00 fee to remove it.

• When dropping your child at a birthday party so the host has your details close by in case of emergency
• When leaving work to start maternity leave. All your colleagues will know how to stay in touch.
• To all those people to whom you say, ‘Let’s meet up at the park next week’, ‘Let’s organise dinner before Xmas’ but you always manage to lose their details or visa versa!
• Parents (especially those whose children have illnesses or allergies) may wish to hand cards to all other people involved in care and tuition ie. The crèche at the gym, swimming teacher, speech pathologist, soccer coach etc.
• Give your card to immediate neighbours so they can contact you whilst away on holiday or out for the day if there is a problem at home.
